Dear Teachers, please endeavor to do the following.
1. Respect your learners, never you talk to them anyhow.
2. Maintain boundary, let them know you as a teacher and the relationship should only be teacher to student relationship.
3. Maintain a cordial relationship with your colleagues; backbiting, jealousy, hatred,envy etc should not be found in you.
4. Motivate your learners intrinsically.
5. Dress moderately and properly.
6. Research and study before going the classroom.
7. Always listen to your learners, remember they’re the angels in human form that we belittle because they’re little.
8. Do not divert your aggression on them, they’re not the cause of your situation.
9. Use different teaching methods in impacting knowledge.
10. Prioritize your health.
11. Reduce stress as much as you can. After working from Monday till Friday, my noble colleagues that Saturday party is not compulsory, rest on Saturday.
12. Do not engage in examination malpractice. Remember! Any money gotten illegally can never be used legally.
